A graduate from the school of law at the University of Damascus, Syria. Ayman gained further qualifications by obtaining a diploma in Arbitration from the University of Ain Shams, Cairo, Egypt, in addition to several arbitration training courses specializing in FIDIC contracts and international commercial arbitration from reputable international arbitration centers. He was awarded a Certificate in Global Media Policy and New Themes in Media Regulation from Center for Socio-Legal Studies/ University of Oxford-United kingdom. He is a member of Jordanian Bar Association and the Arab Attorneys Federation.

Ayman key qualifications and expertise are in general practice specializing mainly in corporate Law, commercial Law, investment, construction and engineering, labor law, media regulations, transportation law, intellectual property, banking, civil law and real estate and property law. He is also highly qualified in drafting contracts and dispute settlement agreements, as well as providing legal advice on various aspects of law. In addition, he is a certified Arbitrator and he assumes personal responsibility for directing the actions of the firm’s arbitration clients, and is a strong advocate of the use of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution processes as a means of rapidly furthering client’s business interests.

Ayman is a member and international counselor of the International Arbitration Center, member of the Arab Federation for Architectural Arbitration Center and member of the committee for modifying the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. He is actively involved in the development of the human rights and media freedom in Jordan. Also, he is a member of the European Association of Lawyers for Democracy & World Human Rights (ELDH), member of the Steering Committee for “Achieving Justice for Jordanian Women Project”, legal counselor for the Information and Research Center/King Hussein Foundation and Queen Nour Al-Hussein Foundation,Thomson reuters, member of the International Media Lawyers Association IMLA-London, legal counselor for Arab Reporters for Investigative Journalism, accredited instructor in media and journalism. He is also a member of the Estimation Fees Committee and ex-member of the Disciplinary Committee at Jordanian Bar Association .

Ayman is also a frequent speaker in many international conferences and seminars on media, freedom of expression and many other legal issues, and he has published a number of articles on media, electronic media and justice, media and internet legislations.
